Information we use

LeadMind4T uses information you provide in your registration form, account information, personal profile, and learning activities such as video progress, checklists, notes, emotions, journals, questions, and shared reflections. When you submit a testimonial or request a certificate, the system stores your submission and its approval status.

If you contribute to the program, the system stores the amount, reference code, information you declare, and bank transfer confirmation status. The website does not request your banking password or card details.

How we use information

Information is used to assess your fit for the program, issue accounts, assign classes, record your learning journey, support learners, handle questions, approve certificates, and reconcile contributions. Data also helps operate the website, protect accounts, and resolve website errors.

Who can see your information

Progress and private entries are restricted according to account and access permissions. Coaches and administrators receive access permissions to support learning; personal notes, journals, and emotions are not publicly visible to other learners.

Personal profiles and community posts are visible within your class according to your sharing choices and access permissions. Questions sent to the Coach are forwarded to the responsible team. Testimonials appear in the public introduction only with your permission and after approval.

When you use the share button or download a testimonial or certificate image, you choose where to post it. People on social media may save or reshare content you have posted.

Storage and supporting services

Learning and account data is stored in LeadMind4T's private database; uploaded files are stored in the operational system. Backups are retained for recovery in the event of an incident, with restricted access.

The website uses Cloudflare to serve connections and Bunny Stream to play videos. When you open videos or links to Facebook, YouTube, Zoom, and Zalo, those services may process connection data under their own policies.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the program, support accounts, and meet applicable retention requirements. Deletion requests are considered with regard to both data currently in use and the backup lifecycle.

Cookies and data on your device

Session cookies keep you signed in. Your browser stores your language preference, some interface states, and changes awaiting synchronization. The app may store public interface files to load faster; APIs and private data are not placed in the public cache.

Demo mode uses sample data on your device. When using a shared computer, sign out after learning and avoid saving images or exports containing personal information on that computer.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, adjust your sharing scope, and choose not to make testimonials public. You can also request access, corrections, or deletion of information, or raise privacy concerns through the Contact page.

To protect your account, the team may need to verify that you are the owner before handling your request. Send only necessary information; do not send passwords or verification codes in messages.

Policy updates

When data practices change, LeadMind4T updates the content and effective date on this page. Changes affecting your sharing choices will be communicated appropriately during use.
